Privacy Notice
This notice covers this website and its Book a demo form. If your organization is a Cyberdyne Intelligence client, the data in your monitoring workspace is handled under your client agreement instead.
What we collect
- What you type into the demo form: your name, work email, company, job title, number of sites and your message.
- Spam protection: a one-way, scrambled version of your IP address, kept for no more than 24 hours so we can limit repeated submissions. It can't be turned back into your address.
How we use it
Only to answer your demo request and follow up about it. We don't sell it, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't add you to mailing lists without asking.
Where it goes
- The form sends your details to our team by email, delivered by our email provider, Resend, to a business inbox hosted by Microsoft (Outlook).
- We don't save form submissions in our platform's database.
- This website is hosted by DigitalOcean in the United States. Its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
How long we keep it
As long as we need to respond and follow up about your request. Ask us at any time and we'll delete it.
Cookies
We set one cookie that the form needs for security. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
